Player & Parent Declaration – Youth Talent Cricket League (YTCL)

I hereby declare that my parents/legal guardians and I have carefully read, understood, and accepted all the rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines of the Youth Talent Cricket League (YTCL). We agree to fully and unconditionally follow all terms laid down by the YTCL Management.

We clearly understand and accept that the decision of the coaches and selectors regarding player selection shall be final and binding, and no objections or claims shall be raised in this regard.

I confirm that I will not use, consume, inhale, or be involved in any form of performance-enhancing drugs or prohibited substances at any time during trials, camps, or matches conducted under YTCL.

I understand that any violation of YTCL rules, anti-doping policies, or this declaration will result in immediate cancellation of my registration, without any refund.

The decision taken by the YTCL Disciplinary Committee in all such matters shall be final, binding, and non-challengeable.

We acknowledge that no refund will be provided if the player is injured during the camp or league season and is unable to continue further.

YTCL Management shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition that is not disclosed by the player or parents prior to participation.

In case the registration is canceled by the YTCL Disciplinary Committee for any reason whatsoever, the registration fee shall stand forfeited, and no claim shall lie against YTCL, its management, organizers, or associates.

We further agree that if any event is postponed, canceled, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of YTCL, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, court directions, civil unrest, or unforeseen situations, no refund of registration fees will be applicable.

Management Rights

The YTCL Management reserves full rights to modify, reschedule, relocate, or change the venue of trials, matches, camps, or league events, either partially or completely, with or without prior notice.

Such decisions shall be final and binding.

Indemnity Bond

It is mandatory for parents or legal guardians to submit an Indemnity Bond on Rs. 10 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper, as prescribed by YTCL.

The bond must be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or Notary Public and submitted at the time of reporting to the camp. Entry will not be permitted without a valid Indemnity Bond.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable and stand forfeited if registration is canceled by the Disciplinary Committee or due to unforeseen situations beyond YTCL control.

Final and Binding

The decision taken by the YTCL Disciplinary Committee in all such matters shall be final, binding, and non-challengeable.
