Youth Talent Cricket League (YTCL)

1. Purpose of the Policy

Rapid Sports and Events Private Limited manages and operates the Youth Talent Cricket League (YTCL). This Anti-Doping Policy has been created to promote fair play, discipline, and clean cricket. It applies to all players and team officials participating in YTCL events, matches, trials, and camps.

YTCL strictly follows a zero-tolerance approach towards doping or the use of banned substances and methods.

2. Responsibilities of Players and Team Officials

Every player and team official is required to follow this Anti-Doping Policy without exception.
Participants must stay informed about anti-doping rules and understand what actions are considered violations.
All participants agree to accept the authority and decisions of the YTCL Management Committee / Disciplinary Committee.
No participant shall approach any court or outside authority against decisions taken under this Policy.

3. What Is Considered an Anti-Doping Violation?

Any act involving:

Use of banned substances

Use of prohibited methods

Attempt to gain unfair performance advantage

Encouraging or assisting doping

will be treated as a serious offence under the YTCL Anti-Doping Policy. These rules apply during matches, trials, camps, and all YTCL-related activities.

4. Penalties and Disciplinary Action

If a player or team official is found guilty of violating anti-doping rules, the Management Committee / Disciplinary Committee will decide the punishment based on the severity of the offence.

Match or tournament suspension

Long-term ban from YTCL

Permanent disqualification from YTCL competitions

All decisions taken by the committee will be final and binding.

5. Policy Updates and Legal Validity

Rapid Sports and Events Private Limited may update or modify this Anti-Doping Policy when required.
Section headings are for easy reading and do not affect the meaning of the rules.
If any part of the policy is found invalid, the remaining rules will continue to apply.
